Experience - 5 to 8 Years
Location - Bangalore
Must have skills prioritize:
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex issues without needing to hand off
• Provide support for complex issues in Azure and Windows Server environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of Azure services and Windows Servers.
• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (e.g., 2012/2016/2019/2022).
• 3+ years of experience supporting a medium to large-scale Azure environment.
• Use scripting languages like PowerShell and tools like Azure Automation to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Act as an SME, drive discussions on Issues and provide technical guidance to other teams.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Azure Automation to streamline patching processes and reduce manual effort.
• support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and adhere to ITIL processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Adhere to ITIL-based change management processes for all patching activities, including creating and managing change records.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and security concepts.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
• Interested to learn more about Azure Devops, Terraform skillset.
