We are looking for a Subject Matter Specialist in the Operations Department with 0–5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced Excel functions and basic people management skills. This role involves analysing operational data, generating insights, streamlining processes, and supporting team members to achieve departmental goals.
1 Act as a subject matter expert for operational processes.
2 Analyse operational data and generate insights using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query).
3 Support, mentor, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
4 Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
5 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives.
6 Assist in documentation, training, and knowledge transfer within the team.
1 Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field].
2 0–5 years of experience in operations, process analysis, or related field.
3 Strong advanced Excel skills.
