Experience :12+yrs ServiceNow Architect (Min ServiceNow Experience 10+ yrs)
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across OMT, CSM, ITSM, ITOM and custom applications while ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Telco Service Management along with CSM and Telecommunication Order management for Service Delivery process, Specialized in working in domain seperated environment
- Manage data migration and customer onboarding experience from legacy applications to the ServiceNow / SaaS stack.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management, along with
developing custom-scoped applications tailored to business needs.
- Provided technical support to pre-sales teams, assisting in solution demonstrations, customer
engagements, and proposal development.
- Designed, developed, and implemented ITSM accelerators to streamline and fast-track
ServiceNow ITSM deployments for enterprises.
- Proficient in ServiceNow integrations with market-leading and in-house tools using REST, SOAP,
JDBC, LDAP, and other integration methods.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide classes to enhance platform
functionality.
- Extensive experience in Service Catalog configuration and Workflow/Flow Designer to automate
IT service processes.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery, including configuring discovery schedules,analyzing logs, defining identification and classification rules, managing MID server clusters,SNMP OIDs, MIBs, and CMDB health metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide strategic platform guidance.
- Drive project timelines, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery of implementations in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and automation tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Define architecture standards, governance models, coding best practices, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient ServiceNow development and deployment.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and oversee technical assessments to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow innovations, recommend enhancements, and engage with the ServiceNow community for continuous improvement.
- Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, CSM, CMDB, ITIL frameworks, cloud computing, and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Possess a strong understanding of project management principles, ensuring work is structured around key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience with Telco OSS / BSS understanding is a plus.
