- Build and manage real-time personalization campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Configure behavioral tracking, decisioning rules, and dynamic content templates.
- Integrate Interaction Studio with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and external data sources via APIs and SDKs beBee.
- Digital Workplace Studio Integration:
- Develop and deploy solutions that connect Interaction Studio outputs with workplace tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or intranet portals.
- Automate workflows and notifications to enhance internal collaboration and campaign visibility.
- Data Modeling & Segmentation:
- Map and unify customer data across channels using CDP (Customer Data Platform) models heptarc.com.
- Design and test unification algorithms and segmentation logic.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze campaign metrics and suggest optimizations.
- Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
