Job description
- Identify business opportunities and target markets and Generating Leads.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
- Understand technical needs of customer and suggest suitable product by engaging / handholding the product selection process.
- Establishing new clients and maintaining relationship with existing clients.
- Provide technical support & services to clients regarding the use & operations of the equipment's
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
- Follow up on service and product once the delivery has been made
- Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogues, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment's.
- Prepare sales reports by analysing and summarizing information
- Meeting sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education - B.E. Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile | Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales
- Good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are must.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in team
- Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports
