An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using RPA tools to streamline business processes. The role involves working with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable bots that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
•Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation candidates and assess feasibility.
•Bot Development: Design and develop RPA bots using platforms such as Automation Anywhere.
•Workflow Configuration: Configure workflows, triggers, and exception handling mechanisms to ensure robust automation.
•Integration: Integrate bots with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases) using APIs and connectors.
•Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and manage bot deployment across environments.
•Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
•Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation including process design documents (PDDs), solution design documents (SDDs), and operational guides.
Skills Required
•Proficiency in RPA tools (Automation Anywhere).
•Experience with VB.NET, C#, or Python for scripting and custom activities.
•Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
•Understanding of process modelling, workflow design, and exception handling.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Capable of creating and maintaining flows with Power Automate. Familiarity with LLM/AI Prompt Engineering
