JD:
- Data & CDP Operations – Has knowledge of Oracle CX Unity specifically and CDP principles in general. Knows how to manage Oracle Unity data flows, enrichment, and segmentation to support ongoing personalization and reporting needs.
- Data analysis skills: be able to investigate data issues on CXU side, identify data differences between CXU/BI/SF by having experience with data comparison (Power BI/SQL/excel if needed but not ideal)
- Salesforce Alignment – have basic knowledge of SFDC – data model, support data validation, mapping, data schema model etc.. Salesforce is an important source for CXU and therefore having some prior knowledge on Salesforce is a plus.
- Campaign & Marketing Automation Management – have basic knowledge of Marketing automation tools, ideally experience with Eloqua and its interaction options with CXU
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Act as the point of contact for Marketing and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
