Location:- PAN India
will provide on-site support for network validation, testing, and qualification in OCI’s Santa Clara facilities. A. Description of Deliverables – Role C: i. Execution of Jira ticket assignments ii. Networking hardware (switch, routers, and optical transceivers) expertise to configure and troubleshoot on test environments. iii. On-premises support of network validation testbeds including protocol troubleshooting, layer 1 troubleshooting, cabling, optics insertions and reinsertions. iv. Attendance and coordination of team and project meetings. v. Adherence to Oracle’s security and safety best practices. vi. Attendance to our Santa Clara lab facility 5 days per week or on as-needed basis based on project needs. vii. Development and execution of automation scripts if needed. viii. Design and maintenance of custom tests for networking validation. ix. Maintaining inventory support of hardware, such as shipping, receiving, tracking, and distribution. B. Acceptance criteria – Role C : i. Completion of all jira tickets meeting or exceeding the exit criteria to be delivered with 100% execution meeting our typical SLO of 1 ticket per month for NOS upgrades and Optics Qualifications ii. ≥95% accuracy on validation test results. iii. Documentation and runbooks delivered to Oracle’s satisfaction. iv. Resource performance reviewed quarterly; replacements required if performance falls below expectations.
