Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java and AWS technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Implement and deploy scalable and highly available solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Develop server-side logic and APIs to integrate front-end components.
- Implement security measures to protect applications and data in AWS environments.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java and AWS technologies.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
- Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with hands-on experience in AWS.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its core concepts.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.
- Experience with serverless computing using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Familiarity with AWS deployment tools and services like CloudFormation and Elastic Beanstalk.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
