Skill set required for Project Manager / Technical Lead :

Experience : 7+ years

1.     Team Management and handling projects independently

2.     Project schedule management and on time delivery.

3.     JSP, Servlet , J2EE, MVC Architecture, Springs, JQuery, Struts, Hibernate, JDBC, XML, Ajax

4.     Web Services development and consuming the same

5.     Hands on experience in sql, PL/sql, stored procedures, functions

6.     Tomcat and apache

7.     Must have knowledge of below skill sets:

1. Experience in Digital signatures handling and management
2. Experience in File handling is must
3. Knowledge and experience of handling XML files
4. Knowledge of Unix and Linux, shell scripting is must

8.     Knowledge of PFMS, WPS and banking domain will have added advantage

9.     Knowledge of fixing security related issues (AppSec)
