Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT & Office Administrator to oversee our IT infrastructure and manage office operations. This role involves maintaining IT systems, providing user support, ensuring office efficiency, and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Administration:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other office equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure data security through backups and antivirus management.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT support, upgrades, and procurement.
Implement and maintain IT policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Manage access controls, email accounts, and user credentials for employees.
Assist in software licensing, procurement, and renewal.
Office Administration:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, such as employee onboarding and payroll coordination.
Maintain office security, visitor management, and employee access systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in IT support and office administration.
Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and IT support tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
