- Understand the configuration and test the process of Recruitment & Onboarding: vacancy requests, approvals, candidate lifecycle, offers, onboarding checklists.
- Understand the configuration and test the process of Time, Attendance & Absence: calendars, accruals, long absence rules, approvals, and manager/employee self‑service.
- Understand the configuration and test the process of Performance & Development: objectives, dialogues, appraisals, competencies/skills, 9‑box matrix, succession insights.
- Understand the configuration and test the process of Compensation/Salary Review: cycles, guidelines, approvals; align with performance outcomes and payroll interfaces.
- Understand the configuration and test the process of Training & Qualifications/Certifications tracking.
- 3) Integration & Payroll Alignment
- Define and validate integration patterns for payroll, benefits, and downstream systems using IFS Cloud’s open integration layer; own interface specifications and end‑to‑end reconciliation.
- Collaborate with payroll providers (in‑country or managed service) to ensure accurate master and time/absence feeds and results posting.
- 4) Data, Testing & Cutover
- Own HCM data migration templates (employees, org, positions, skills, time/absence balances); define validation rules and cutover plan.
- Prepare test scenarios and lead SIT/UAT for HCM processes, payroll handshakes, and security roles; track defects to closure.
- 5) Change Management & Enablement
- Develop training content and conduct super‑user and end‑user training; drive adoption of employee/manager self‑service and mobile usage.
- Define role‑based access and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal audit controls.
- 6) Hypercare & Continuous Improvement
- Provide post‑go‑live support, KPI monitoring (time‑to‑hire, attendance accuracy, performance cycle completion, salary review throughput), and backlog grooming.
Required Skills & Experience
