Role Summary
The IFS Cloud CRM Functional Consultant designs, configures, and deploys customer‑facing processes in IFS Cloud—including omni‑channel engagement, contact & account management, leads/opportunities & pipeline, campaigns/marketing automation, and sales analytics—with tight handshakes to Order Management, Service, and Finance for a single customer truth.
Key Responsibilities
- 1) Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Facilitate discovery for contact→lead→opportunity→quote flows and omni‑channel interactions; produce AS‑IS/TO‑BE and functional designs mapped to IFS CRM towers.
- Define cross‑module CRM integrations with Sales Order, Contracts, Service/Case, and Financials for end‑to‑end visibility.
- 2) Sales Execution & Pipeline
- Understand the Configuration and test the business processes for opportunity stages, forecast categories, activities/tasks, approvals, and lobbies/dashboards for pipeline hygiene and sales governance.
- 3) Marketing & Campaigns
- Set up campaign structures, targeting/segmentation, engagement programs, and response capture with attribution to opportunities.
- 4) Omni‑Channel & Customer Engagement
- Enable omni‑channel contact center, case intake, and guided interactions; align routing/SLAs and knowledge use.
- 5) Data, Integrations & Reporting
- Own CRM master data templates (accounts/contacts/leads/opportunities).
- Define interfaces to service, commerce, and analytics (e.g., IFS lobbies / Business Reporter) and build reconciliation controls.
- 6) Testing, Training & Hypercare
- Build SIT/UAT scenarios across lead‑to‑revenue; deliver role‑based training for Sales, Marketing, and Support; run hypercare to stabilize pipeline metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years in CRM/lead‑to‑cash consulting with 2+ IFS Cloud CRM implementations (sales & marketing towers).
- Hands‑on in opportunity/pipeline, campaigns, account/contact data model, lobbies/dashboards, and omni‑channel enablement.
- Proven CRM integrations to Orders/Service/Finance and analytics; strong governance/UAT/cutover.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing guided selling, quotation flows, and campaign attribution.
- Familiarity with IFS reporting and KPI libraries for Sales & Marketing.
- Certified and Trained IFS Cloud CRM consultant.
