🎯 Your Role
As an HR Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce by managing core HR functions and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture.
💼 What You’ll Do
- 🔍 Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- 📂 Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- 📜 Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance
- 🤝 Act as a point of contact for employee relations and basic grievance handling
- 📊 Assist in performance management and review processes
- 🎓 Coordinate training sessions and onboarding programs
- 💰 Manage payroll inputs and leave tracking
- 🎉 Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 🧑💼 Minimum 1 year of HR experience
- 📘 Basic understanding of HR practices & Indian labor laws
- 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office tools
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with HRMS tools (like Keka, Zoho People, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
