Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive with 1 year of experience to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
Handle employee relations and basic grievance management
Assist in performance management processes
Coordinate training and onboarding activities
Manage payroll inputs and leave tracking
Support employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR role
Basic understanding of HR practices and Indian labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HRMS tools
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
