We’re looking for a Customer Support Intern who is enthusiastic about helping people, solving problems, and delivering great service. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real customer interactions, tools, and business processes—giving you a strong foundation in customer support and client management.
💼 What You’ll Do
- 📞 Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- 🔍 Understand issues and provide accurate and timely solutions
- 🧭 Assist users in navigating product features and functionalities
- 🛠️ Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical/product issues
- 🗂️ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and tickets
- 📢 Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social platforms
- 🔁 Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
- 🤝 Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams
- 💡 Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience process
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 🎓 Graduation completed (mandatory)
- 🗣️ Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory)
- 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 💻 Basic knowledge of CRM/helpdesk tools is a plus
- 🧠 Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- 🙌 Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
