Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and be capable of handling customer queries professionally through calls, emails, and chats.
The candidate should be proactive, patient, and able to provide effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company processes and maintain response timelines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling voice and non-voice support.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
