๐ผ What Youโll Do
- ๐ Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- ๐ Understand issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
- ๐งญ Guide customers through product features and usage
- ๐ ๏ธ Troubleshoot and escalate technical/product-related issues
- ๐๏ธ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and tickets
- ๐ข Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social platforms
- ๐ Follow up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- ๐ค Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Tech teams
- ๐ก Contribute ideas to improve the customer support experience
๐ฏ What Weโre Looking For
- ๐ Graduation (must be completed)
- ๐งโ๐ผ Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or similar role
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory)
- ๐ฌ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ๐ป Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools is a plus
- ๐ง Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- ๐ Calm, patient, and customer-first mindset
