π Maintain records in CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
π€ Collaborate with internal teams for escalations
π Meet KPIs: response time, resolution rate & customer satisfaction
π¬ Share customer insights to improve service quality
β 1β5 years of customer support experience
β Fluency in Hindi & English (verbal & written) β mandatory
β Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
β Calm under pressure, strong multitasking ability
β Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools preferred
