Proziod Analytics is looking for a Customer Support Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to provide excellent customer support and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of handling customer interactions professionally. You will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain the company’s reputation for high-quality service.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
Guide users on product features and functionalities
Troubleshoot and report technical or product-related issues
Maintain records of customer interactions and support tickets
Monitor customer feedback and complaints on social media
Share customer feedback and improvement suggestions with internal teams
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Assist in improving the overall customer support process
Graduation completed (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role
Languages: Proficient in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM tools or help desk software is a plus
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and remain patient in challenging situations
