Position: Customer Service Analyst
Year of Experience: 0 to 1 years
Responsibilities:
- This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple emails, follow up and allocate tasks accordingly
- Manage the issue management and coordinate with the analyst.
- Email customers and retailers to request data and follow up to close the loop
- Manage operation email inbox
- Report outstanding bill issues on a basis
- Good interpersonal skills: should effectively coordinate with stakeholders spread across the globe and be able to personalize communication depending on the person
- Updating the internal database with relevant information and documentation related to each client;
- Identifying errors on the bills and contacting the suppliers to resolve them in favor of our clients;
- Collaborates extensively with other departments throughout the Company to ensure the correct stream of the information;
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated
- Good understanding of MS_Excel
- Good Email Writing Skills
- Good with Numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques
- Data analysis experience
- Energy Domain Candidates Preferred
- Immediate Joining Preferred
