Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience: 1 - 2 Yrs
- Record cash received in any month that is the same as the month of check-in
- Familiar with QuickBooks and able to manage clients independently.
- Record all refunds (security deposit or actual refund) as “Sales” in the property-specific Class
- Record cash received generally from the client in any month prior to the check-in month as Unearned Revenue
- Reconcile financial transactions and categorize data accurately.
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Update and maintain employee data on the Company website, based on the received Excel sheet.
- Managing a team of 3 people and allocating the daily tasks as per client requirement
- Reports in excel on a daily basis.
Lead Generation:
- Find Leads: Identify potential new customers.
- Update Information: Ensure lead details are kept current.
- Run Campaigns: Organize and manage lead-generating activities.
