G-suite, MS office, System hardware and software knowledge including
Biometrics devices.
2. Provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to
computer systems, software, and hardware. 
3. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with
attention to budgetary constraints
4. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
5. Respond to email messages for staff seeking help. Install, modify, and
repair computer hardware and software.
6. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
7. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons. 
8. Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event
planning etc.) 
9. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. 
10. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments. 
11. Interact with Labour Department, ESI, PF, Registration, Professional Tax
and other statutory matters.
12. To check suppliers’ bills and forward only authorized bills to accounts dept
for payment
13. Vendor contract, Renewal of contracts, AMC of contracts, Bills verification,
Bills certification, Follow-up of Bills.
14. Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from me
and forwarding details of all expenses to Accounts team. 
15. Booking the Venue, arranging for any specific requirements, Food and
Beverages, sending attendance, venue payments and follow-up
accordingly 
16. To maintain proper record of company assets issued to staff personnel and
ensure accountability. 
17. To ensure general office maintenance like housekeeping, pest control,
hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary, and plumbing
18. To take care of legal cases and their proper follow-up. To ensure statutory
liabilities and timely renewal of Trade Licence, Property Tax etc
19. Conduct new employee orientation/exit interviews, forward employee materials/assets to Human Resources.

20.Must be able to handle helpdesk,installations ,including monitoring & managing Office operations along with IT Policies.
